I have been privileged to be Senior Pastor and on staff at First Presbyterian Church since 1997. Before coming to FPC Beaver, I had served as a youth pastor, associate pastor, and church planter. I graduated from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Boston with an M.Div and received my doctorate from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. I've been married to Karen since 1986, and we have three grown children: Brett and wife Pam live near Washington, DC; Heather, husband Kevin and daughter Libby live in Beaver, PA; and Hannah, husband Steve and son MJ live in Beaver Falls.
My desire is to see FPC unlock all that God has for us, whether we are engaged in a local or foreign mission, or participating together in communal life in Beaver. We try to remain faithful to God's Word, preach his Good News in all aspects of life, and give Him glory for everything.
